WELCOME TO THE ERISA EXPERIENCE

Foster Law Firm, LLC has developed the resource of “ERISA Experience” with the intent to assist our clients with their ERISA or insurance claim and make it as smooth, streamlined of a process as possible.

ERISA EXPERIENCE

No two words could summarize this website better than “ERISA Experience”.

First, and foremost, the site is intended to assist in making our clients “experience” with their ERISA or insurance claim as smooth, streamlined and gratifying as possible. Second, this website provides information to clients and prospective clients about our extensive history of representing individuals, businesses, and medical providers on ERISA and insurance claims including: long term disability, health insurance, health benefits, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, pension, retirement, and 401(k) claims. It is truly our desire to make our clients’ individual “ERISA Experience” as rewarding as possible and we hope that our “ERISA Experience” can help accomplish that goal. If you would like to discuss an ERISA or insurance claim please contact us. There is no fee for an initial consultation/case review. If formal representation is agreed upon we handle most ERISA and insurance cases on a contingency fee basis (see FAQ for more information).
