Robert (Rob) E. Hoskins has been named by South Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine as one of the top attorneys in South Carolina in the area of employee benefits/ERISA law for 2008. Mr. Hoskins is a partner with Foster Law Firm, LLP in Greenville. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by the publication and Mr. Hoskins was the only Employee Benefit/ERISA attorney named who regularly represents plaintiffs.
