Foster Law Firm Attorney Robert E. Hoskins authored a law review article that will be published in this Spring's University of South Dakota Law review.  The article is entitled "Equitable Estoppel As A Remedy Under ERISA" and will also be presented as a part of a Symposium put on by the law school.  Mr. Hoskins' article traces the evolution of estoppel law as a remedy under the federal law known as ERISA and hypothesizes the circumstances under which the U.S. Supreme Court might recognize estoppel as a remedy under ERISA.
