Foster Law Firm Attorney Robert Hoskins will record two video presentations dealing with ERISA law for the South Carolina Bar.  Each presentation will be approximately an hour long and will be available to view through the Bar's on-line learning section.  One presentation is entitled "Handling ERISA Benefit Claims" and is intended to instruct attorneys regarding the proper handling of ERISA governed benefit claims for clients.  The other presentation is entitled "Health Insurance Subrogation and Reimbursement Claims" and is geared toward assisting personal injury attorneys in dealiing with ERISA governed subrogation liens for their clients.  Both presentations will be available through the Bar at the following address:  www.scbar.org.
