Firm attorney, Robert E. Hoskins, is co-authoring a chapter in a new publication that will be forthcoming from Bloomberg BNA Publications. The volume is scheduled to be published in 2016 and the chapter which Mr. Hoskins is authoring deals with handling ERISA governed disability claims through the pre-litigation appeal/review process.
